If you like clocks, coral, green, twilight...let me hear you!!!

Do you like clocks with moving hands?
Do you like green?
Do you like Twilight, Bella, Edward, or Jacob?
Do you like tags?
Do you like pearls?
Do you like cocktail rings?
Do you like coral?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions. This is the place for you. I have access to it all until tomorrow, after which, it will all go to Branch & Wonders Bookstore.

Also, this is still tentative, however I am planning on featuring Bittersweet Bling at the Portland Saturday Market hopefully in June;-) More news on that soon.

I am glad to have color again. How boring is everything in black and white??

My Home

Yes, I love my city. If you didn't already notice, up top (the header) is a sketch I did long ago of the Hawthorne bridge. I know alot of people I know really hate it here, of course in the back of my mind I am usually thinking, then why do you live here? But, I know uprooting can be difficult. One thing I would like to see more of, is the sun.... Aside from that, there are so many cool things. The zoo, parks, OMSI, great ethnic restaurants, Multnomah Falls, rivers, great walking/biking trails, wonderful stores with handmade items...etc etc...

Goodbye

Dear Hermiston, I will miss you. Especially the people in it. And LFC. And my job. And this wall I painted in Shane's office. I'll miss going to Wal Mart and seeing 7+ people I know.
This is the view from my desk. Yes, I'll miss that too. You can look straight ahead and barely see these swirl/flourishes I painted in Aaron's office. I'll miss that too.
I'll even miss folding bulletins. Not as much as other things, but just a bit. Hehe. I'll miss random balls of tumbleweed on the roadside. And the sun. I'll miss the sun, alot.
And I will most assuredly miss this computer. I think I'll save for one. Yes, I am a Mac girl;-) Love it!

But, it's not all bad news. At least for now we get to move to Portland. And for that I am happy. I hope we get to stay in the area. (Or nearby) But I will miss all my Hermiston friends!

First Date

This is from one of the journals at Rimsky's. Shane and I broke in the journal when they were first bought...everyone can write whatever in them. I drew the tea/coffee cup in the corner and above that you can see a heart written in blue ink that reads "Shane & Maria 05.19.07" This is there we came on our first date!
