Found these at .... yes, Target. $9.99! Woo hoo. They were regularly $19.99, which seems outrageous for flip flops.

Just found this great blog called Bakerella. All about desserts. I found it because my mother-in-law gave me this great book on making cake pops! I have not tried yet, but tomorrow is the day. I am going to start with some simple oreo ones;-) I am excited.

Plus I found this website with all kinds of cool colored meting candies, cake glitter, straws, etc. It's called Wilton.

Another great blog I found all about designing, crafts, food, clothes, etc. Jones Design Company Enjoy.

Today

What a great day, three hours or so left to my own....what shall I do. Movies, jewelry, here I come. I totally spaced my pioneer woman meal yesterday- since my in laws came and took me out for my birthday. It was a great day.

So was my party last week, I wound up with the complete twilight zone, a bunch of king of queens, candy, and gift cards...I have the best friend ever!

Anyway, I'll chat more later...gotta get some peppermint ice cream...hehe.

I love ikea. Alot. I really hope they have this line of kids furniture when I have my first little one. It's so cartoon-like. Reminds me of the wardrobe on beauty and the beast.

Old books

Old books are my favourite. The look. The smell. The sound. Everything. I would much rather buy the old version of something than a new one. Especially classics. Besides old books look cool even without the dust jacket, new books just look goofy without it. Furthermore, hardbacks are way better than paperbacks.

Astro dresser

I really want this dresser.... Perhaps it will get priced within my budget. If it were painted silver, it would look like something that George jetson might keep his clothes in. But, left in it's current state if varnished oak... It's not too wacky, just slightly retro.
