Melt some chocolate. Dip small balloons about 1/3 of the way in the chocolate.
Let the chocolate harden. Then slowly and gently peel back the balloon. And there you have it!
Mine had a chocolate layered dessert that I made in them. But you could put anything from cake, pudding, mousse, ice cream, berries, etc! Have fun and get creative.
